I have been working with colleagues in Viet Nam for over ten years, in the children's hospitals in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Recently I have been joining colleagues from an American NGO named IPSAC-VN, which organizes visits to Viet Nam twice yearly, with teams of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to help build capacity in the larger cities as well as in provincial hospitals.
