KHF Project update and call For action: A community based Pediatric surgical care approach
We’re thrilled to share an update on KHF project, which has made significant strides in promoting pediatric surgical care beyong operating rooms. Through community sensitization efforts, In just one year, they’ve equipped over 5,000 community members with basic knowledge to bridge patient centered barriers to surgical care, enabled over 30 children to access life-changing care through cordinated referrals with partner surgical care providers.
Given the financial challenges faced by global surgery organizations, they are focused on establishing a sustainability program to ensure the long-lasting impact of their work .
