Dr. Anjay Khandelwal is an internationally recognized Burn Surgeon. He maintains expertise in acute burn and burn reconstruction, surgical critical care, complex wound management, and trauma. He was one of the first burn surgeons to utilize fractional las er therapy for burn scars. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, and completed a Burn/Burn Reconstruction Fellowship at one of the world's premier institutions. He is one of select surgeons in the country who is on the prestigious Verification Committee for the American Burn Association/American College of Surgeon-Committee on Trauma, where he is responsible for reviewing national and international burn centers to ensure that they are meeting certain defined standards of care.
