Description

I am medical student in my master nd researcher at Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, with a growing focus on neurosurgery and global neurosurgical care. I am currently conducting a global qualitative study exploring the lived experiences, well-being, and support needs of neurosurgeons who practice as the sole or one of very few neurosurgeons in their country or region, using interpretative phenomenological analysis.

Through this work, I aim to contribute to a better understanding of neurosurgical workforce challenges, particularly in low-resource and isolated settings, and to foster international collaboration and support networks among neurosurgeons worldwide.
