I am RM Fabrice Iradukunda, a Registered Midwife working at Munini District Hospital in Nyaruguru District, Southern Province, Rwanda. My passion lies in maternal and child health, focusing on improving safe childbirth, newborn care, and community health outreach in rural settings.

As a Registered Midwife at Munini District Hospital in Nyaruguru District, Southern Rwanda, I have been actively involved in maternal and newborn care, emergency obstetric support, and community health outreach. I have worked closely with visiting medical teams, including anesthetists and surgical residents from international NGOs and teaching hospitals, especially during high-demand periods. In partnership with local health authorities, I have supported mentorship and training programs for junior nurses and student midwives.
